​I. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our live and digital educational services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
​1. Prior to the Start of the Course/Sessions:
​Students are entitled to a full refund of the fees if the cancellation request is submitted at least (48) hours before the scheduled start date.
​2. After the Start of the Course:
​One Session Attended: If a student attends only one session and wishes to withdraw, the refund will be issued minus the cost of that session and a 10% administrative fee.
​More than One Week or Two Sessions: If more than one week has passed since the program began, or if the student has attended more than two sessions, we regret to inform you that no refund can be issued. This is due to the seat being reserved and the teacher being specifically allocated to the student.
​3. Exceptional Cases:
​A full refund will be issued if the platform is unable to provide the assigned teacher or start the training program due to any technical or administrative issues on our part.
​II. Exchange & Transfer Policy
​We understand that personal circumstances may change, and we offer the following flexible options:
Changing the Teacher: Students have the right to request a change of teacher (male/female) if there is an objective justification. This is subject to management review and the availability of a suitable alternative.
Course Transfer: Students may transfer their paid fees from one educational track to another (e.g., from Talaqqin/Memorization to Tajweed) provided the request is made before the end of the first week of study.
Postponement: The paid balance may be deferred to the next session only once, provided management is notified at least 3 days before the current course start date.
​III. General Regulations
Absences: No compensation or refund is provided for sessions missed without prior notice (at least 24 hours in advance). Students are not entitled to claim the value of missed sessions.
Refund Mechanism: Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be transferred via the same payment method used during registration within (7 to 14) business days.
Banking Fees: The customer shall bear any transaction fees related to bank transfers or electronic payment gateways incurred during the refund process.
